The gold weight mentioned on the website for jewellery is approximate only and mounts may vary depending on the manufacture of the product. In case the customer receives a product of lesser gold weight than the value paid for, the company will refund such differential amount to the customer.
The product delivery and shipment cost will be beard by jewelpot. In case of any reshipment of product is required due to non-availability of customer during the delivery, the reshipment cost have to be paid by the customer.

At the time of placing the order, the customer have to provide complete name as per any one of government provided photo identity proof. The recipient of the package must cooperate with the courier agent by providing required valid copy of his/her government approved photo identification.
In case the Member wants any other person to receive the delivery on his behalf he/she needs to specify details of the same at the point of ordering. All items shall be delivered directly to such person and under any circumstances whatsoever, the member cannot change the recipient details after the order is processed
The recipient, upon signing the delivery receipt, acknowledges the receipt of the product in terms of the order placed with the Company. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the Company/courier agent will try and deliver the item again (as per shipping company policy) before returning the same to Jewelpot Jewellery and life style PVT LTD.
All orders once placed will be dispatched within 7 days and will be delivered within 15 to 20 days from the date of order. The delivery time may delay if there is any natural calamity or any other events which disturbs the normal operation of delivery agent. The availability of customer is also a factor in delivery process time.
For hand made jewellery and customised items the delivery time may vary based on jewellery type and quantum of modifications in the customisation. The estimated time of processing will be communicated to customer only after finalisation of design approval and placing the order.
We the jewelpot goes through quality standard which ensure the zero error and damage of end product. In case if any customer wants to claim received damaged product, a video proof of unpacking has to submit for the company verification and processing.
