You can cancel the order by login to the www.jewelpot.in site.
Cancellation of order should be placed within 7 days after placing the order, post that will not be accommodated.
Cancelled order eligible for refund will be processed as per refund policy.
Cancellation is not possible post-dispatch of the product.
Return of delivered product should be placed within 7 days. Post that will be taken back as per buy back policy.
Once the cancellation or return process is complete, you will receive a confirmation mail to the registered e-mail id and registered mobile number.
For any queries, we shall be glad to answer the same before initiating the cancellation request.
The refund amount will be based on the product weight. No making charges/GST will be refunded for the returned product.

The refund for returned orders shall processed once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
All refunds will be paid within 30 days.
In case customer cancels before product is shipped, the credit amount will be reflected in the customer e-shop account within 10-15 days.

In all cases, the current material value of diamonds and gemstones and the current rate of gold will be decided at the sole discretion of Jewelpot. Please also note that we will deduct value of any offer availed (including any discount or free gift at time of purchasing the product, if applicable in your case).
